New CNC machines from iGOLDENCNC carry a 2-years warranty that’s effective from the date of shipping. CNC machines sold through dealers must be registered with iGOLDENCNC within 30 days of purchase to be covered by this warranty. iGOLDENCNC guarantees all new machines sold to be freed from manufacturers defective workmanship, parts and materials. We’ll repair or replace, for free of charge, any parts determined by iGOLDENCNC to be a manufacturer’s defect. We require that the defective item/part be returned to iGOLDENCNC with the complaint. within the event the item/part is decided to be damaged thanks to lack of maintenance, cleaning, and/or misuse/abuse, the customer are going to be liable for the value to exchange the item/part, plus all related shipping charges. This limited warranty doesn’t apply to natural disasters; acts of terrorism; normal wear and tear; product failure thanks to lack of maintenance or cleaning; damage caused accidentally , neglect, lack of or inadequate dust collection; and/or misuse/abuse or damage caused where repair or alterations are made or attempted by others.
All items being returned to iGOLDENCNC must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) issued by the Customer Service Department. Products must be returned within 30 days from delivery date. No merchandise shall be returned without an RMA number. Unapproved returns are subject to a 30% stocking fee plus trip shipping charges.
iGOLDENCNC isn’t liable for additional tools or modifications sold or performed (other than from/by iGOLDENCNC) on any iGOLDENCNC CNC machine. Warranty could also be voided upon the addition of such described tools and/or modifications, determined on a case-by-case basis by iGOLDENCNC.
Normal user alignment, adjustment, tuning, and machine settings aren’t covered by this warranty. it’s the responsibility of the user to know basic CNC machinery settings and procedures and to properly maintain the equipment in accordance with the standards provided by the manufacturer.
Parts, under warranty, are shipped at iGOLDENCNC’s cost either by carrier , FEDEX ground service or an identical method. Technical support to put in replacement parts is primarily provided by phone, fax, e-mail or iGOLDENCNC Customer Support Website. The labor required to put in replacement parts is that the responsibility of the user.
iGOLDENCNC isn’t liable for damage or loss caused by a freight company or other circumstances not in our control. All claims for loss or damaged goods must be notified to iGOLDENCNC within day of delivery. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information.

When a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) is issued, the customer has 30 days to return the part; otherwise, that number is canceled and therefore the return won’t be accepted. No merchandise shall be returned without an RMA number.
Replacement parts/ accessories/ machines are sent freed from charge providing the item being replaced is returned to iGOLDENCNC within 30 days.
Please keep all the packaging materials to repack the parts / accessories / machine being replaced. If the item may be a small item a return label are going to be enclosed in your package. don’t throw this away. Please package the item and write both inside and out of doors of the box the RMA number which was provided through an email and or verbally at the time of the request.
In the event that the item (CNC machine) isn’t returned to iGOLDENCNC, you’ll be liable for the value of the item. Your account are going to be billed. No service are going to be given until this balance is paid or the item returned in fitness.

Refund Policy
In case of dissatisfaction from our services or products, purchaser have the freedom to request a refund from us. Our Policy for the refund are going to be as follows:
Purchaser shall be eligible for a refund of purchased product consistent with the terms of this policy (“Refund Policy”). The Refund Policy shall not supersede or replace iGOLDENCNC’s limited warranty or disclaimer of such warranty contained in iGOLDENCNC’s user License Agreement. The Refund Policy is applicable solely within the time lines set-forth herein and subject to the wants set forth herein.

Submit a proper request in writing by emailing service@iGOLDENCNC.com or call 0086-18660188728 to confirm the refund.
Firstly, it should be returned with in 30 days after the date of dispatch.
Secondly, after getting your product, shipping charges + transaction charges + packing charges are going to be deducted from your amount & remaining amount are going to be transfer in your account if product isn’t have any sort of damage.
Thirdly, if we got the merchandise after 30 days from date of delivery it’ll not be accepted.
If paid by credit card/debit card/net banking, refunds are going to be issued to the first credit card/debit card/net banking provided at the time of purchase and just in case of payment gateway payments refund are going to be made to an equivalent account.
